You will be employed by the holding company of a group that consists of 5 separate organisations that have direct correlation and synergy between each other.
The group consists of;
Private Training Provider;
The company is a medium sized organisation that provides training and development of candidates within the Care Sector. The company has international reach and assertive expansion plans.
Management System provider;
The organisation is a well established and successful provider of Care Management systems. It provides a customised solution that assists the management and day to day running of Care Homes for vulnerable members of society. The company has a very strong online presence and this provides a reliable and expanding stream of clients.
The group also consists of three other, stable and well established, smaller entities involved in Immigration advice, Recruitment and Business Consultancy.
Digital Marketing Executive Person specification;
The right person for the role of Digital Marketing Executive will be/have;
• Will have a thorough understanding of websites and their functionality; CMS platforms, e-marketing, SEO, HTML etc in addition to MS Office literacy.
• You will be I.T. literate with an advanced level of Microsoft office proficiency.
• Able to work at a fast pace and with discretion.
• Have 3 years experience in a similar role.
• Have strong organisational and skills and ability to prioritise.
• Knowledge of Marketing through Social Networking
• Experience of writing copy and managing PPC and SEO campaigns
• Highly proficient in using Microsoft Office
Duties required and role;
As a Digital Marketing Executive you will be expected to;
• Write copy, managing SEO & PPC campaigns, in addition to social media including blogging, Facebook and Twitter
• Manage the content of the sites, driving traffic, and working with colleagues to improve conversion rates and site functionality.
• Work with the team to contribute to site developments for new campaigns and projects.
• Liaise with third parties to increase web traffic, drive loyalty and customer recruitment by supporting in the development and promotion the website.
• Work with external media partnerships to build and develop marketing relationships, new initiatives and sponsorship arrangements.
• Regularly evaluating and reporting on website & promotional activity
